1. Scope

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of services and subscriptions made through the IT14.org platform operated by KIANO.LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or subscribing to any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms supplement our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Products and Services Offered

KIANO.LLC sells cloud infrastructure services delivered electronically. Our product offerings include:

  • Professional Email Hosting: Multi-domain email with webmail, IMAP/SMTP, anti-spam, DKIM, and DMARC. Includes storage per mailbox, custom domain configuration, and spam filtering.
  • Managed Database Services: Fully managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis instances. Includes automated daily backups, SSL/TLS encryption, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Administration Console Access: Centralized management dashboard for all subscribed services, including monitoring, logging, and configuration tools.

Detailed specifications, features, and limitations for each service tier are displayed on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Prices displayed on our platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order based on your billing address in compliance with applicable tax laws.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, with at least 30 days' prior notice via email.

5. Ordering Process

To purchase our Services:

  • Step 1: Create an account or sign in at IT14.org.
  • Step 2: Select the desired service plan from the available options.
  • Step 3: Review the order summary, including pricing, billing cycle, and features.
  • Step 4: Provide your payment information and confirm your order.
  • Step 5: Receive an order confirmation via email with your service details.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Services are provisioned and made available within minutes of a successful payment.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe, Inc.:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles, as selected during checkout.

  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal Notification: We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription renews.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails at renewal, we will attempt to process the payment up to 3 additional times over a 10-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful, your service may be suspended.

8. Service Delivery

All services are delivered electronically via our cloud platform. There are no physical goods shipped. Upon successful payment:

  • Your service is activated within minutes.
  • You receive an email confirmation with access instructions.
  • You can manage your services through the Administration Console at console.it14.org.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Accessing your account settings in the Administration Console.
  • Emailing support@it14.org with your cancellation request.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends.
  • You will have 30 days after the end of your subscription to download or export your data.
  • After the 30-day grace period, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase. We will collect and remit sales tax where required by law based on your billing address. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid exemption documentation before purchase.

11. Promotional Offers and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or trial periods. Such offers:

  • Are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • May be limited in duration or availability.
  • Will automatically convert to standard pricing at the end of the promotional period unless canceled.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIANO.LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
